FRP Waterproofing | GRP Lining | Fibreglass Waterproofing Treatment | Industrial & Commercial Waterproofing Solutions
Water is patient. It finds every crack, every joint, every poorly sealed surface - and it never stops trying. Conventional systems like bitumen coatings and cementitious treatments buy time. They do not solve the problem. FRP Waterproofing does
JK Fibre Glass Works delivers professional-grade FRP waterproofing solutions for swimming pools, terraces, water tanks, chemical tanks, boat hulls, metal structures, and concrete surfaces. This is not a coating. This is a structural barrier - bonded at the molecular level to your surface, built to last decades without delamination, cracking or reapplication.
Traditional materials are rigid where they need to flex, or flexible where they need to bond. They cannot bridge dynamic cracks, with stand continuous hydrostatic pressure, or resist chemical aggression. FRP can and does. Our fibreglass laminate bonds directly to the substrate, becoming part of the structure itself. It bridges cracks, covers joints and corners, and creates an impermeable barrier that water simply cannot penetrate.
Swimming Pools - smooth, non-porous, chlorine-resistant lining for new construction or full retrofit.
Terraces & Roof Decks - seamless laminate with reinforced detailing at parapets, drains, and penetrations; maintenance-free through years of monsoon exposure.
Water Tanks - food-grade fibreglass lining for concrete and masonry tanks, sealing cracks and providing a hygienic, algae-resistant surface.
Chemical Tanks & Industrial Vessels - vinyl ester and epoxy-based FRP systems resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, and industrial effluents.
Boat Hulls & Marine Surfaces - structural and watertight restoration for fi breglass, timber, and steel vessels.
Metal Surfaces - FRP applied over prepared steel encapsulates corrosion and delivers a new waterproof barrier without full replacement.
Concrete Structures - basements, sumps, retaining walls, and industrial floors sealed against hydrostatic pressure and ground moisture.
Surface preparation → primer application → fibreglass laminate layup → resin consolidation and rolling → UV-stable topcoat → quality inspection and water testing before handover. Every step is professionally supervised. Every installation is tested before we leave site.
Isophthalic polyester resin for terraces, pools, and water tanks. Vinyl ester resin for aggressive chemical media. Epoxy systems for critical industrial and marine applications. UV-stable gelcoats for all exposed outdoor installations.
